Richard Monroe has been interested in Ginger for over 50 years, his interest was sparked as a little boy enjoying his Aunts family ginger beverage recipes, as he grew the interest continued to grow. When he entered the US Army in the late 60’s he was stationed in Okinawa where ginger was prevalent in just about everything. Seeing that ginger was very commonly available he started experimenting with ginger in beverages. On returning to the United States he continued the experiments until finally blossomed a pallet friendly organic beverage based on the old family recipe. The rest is history, the lightly carbonated Ginger beverage contains all natural ingredients and are now available in six flavors with many more on the horizon.
