Exhibitors Terms

 

These Natures Expo Exhibitors Terms should be read carefully along with the Natures Expo Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy found on the naturesexpo.com and naturesexpolive.com websites.

Trade Show Events

·        A live trade show runs for 1 month (30 or 31 days) from date of advertised confirmed show day event.

·        The live trade show is opened 24 hours a day during the scheduled show event.

·        If for any reason a trade show date has to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified of the change and the new trade show date.

·        Natures Expo is not responsible for your Company's internet access.

·        Natures Expo is not responsible for any time lost due to any interruptions or breakdowns associated with your Company's internet access.

·        Natures Expo will compensate any time lost in the event that Natures Expos own server/internet has any interruptions or breakdowns.

 

Exhibitors Subscription Package Terms

·        Exhibitor chooses and purchases a subscription package, and pays for the set-up fee.

·        Exhibitor commits to staying on the Natures Expo Platform for one year starting one month from the date of your first payment of the subscription fee.

·        Once your one year subscription commitment has been fulfilled, you are not obligated to remain on the Natures Expo Platform.

·      After the one year subscription commitment has been fulfilled and you wish to remain on the Natures Expo platform then you will go through the process of purchasing
        another package. There is no additional set-up fee for remaining on the platform.

·        After the one year subscription commitment has been fulfilled and you do not wish to remain on the Natures Expo platform thereafter, then your booth will be removed 
         from the Platform.

·        If you have been removed from the Natures Expo platform and you wish to purchase another trade show event at a later date then you will have to pay a re-entry fee of           $250 plus the cost of your package choice.

·        A confirmation trade show date will be sent to Exhibitor once payment is made for the package.

·        Exhibitor is responsible in sending all required documents/files and company information necessary for the booth set-up.

·        All documents/files and company information have to be submitted in a timely fashion as to be set-up before the confirmed trade show date.

·        Natures Expo is not responsible for the information and the look and feel of what you provide to be uploaded to your booth.

·        Exhibitors booth will remain on the platform for the entire year where all information and files will be accessible to your attendee buyers.

·        Throughout the year Exhibitor will be notified of the live trade show dates as soon as they are available.
 

Subscription and Set-up Fee Authorization

·        Exhibitor will sign up, complete and submit the credit card authorization form, authorizing Natures Expo to charge Exhibitors credit card for the monthly subscription fee

·        Natures Expo will charge Exhibitors credit card on a recurring monthly basis for the subscription package fee chosen by Exhibitor.

·        The first subscription payment must be paid two (2) or more months before the next upcoming live show date.

·        Exhibitor will pay the onetime $500 non-refundable set-up fee.

·        Exhibitor will pay the $250 re-entry fee, if you have been removed from the Natures Expo Platform.

·        Exhibitor can cancel the subscription fee after being on the Natures Expo platform for the one year commitment.
 

Subscription Refund Policy

·        No refunds on any Natures Expo subscription package fee during the one year subscription period.

·        No refunds on the set-up fees for any package at any time.

·        No refunds on the re-entry fees for any package at any time.

 

Exhibitors Individual Show Package Terms

·        Exhibitor chooses and purchases an Individual show package, and pays for the set-up fee.

·        A confirmation trade show date will be sent to Exhibitor once payment is made for the package.

·        Exhibitor is responsible in sending all required documents/files and company information necessary for the booth set-up.

·        All documents/files and company information have to be submitted in a timely fashion as to be set-up before the confirmed trade show date.

·        Natures Expo is not responsible for the information and the look and feel of what you provide to be uploaded to your booth.

·        After the trade show event has ended Exhibitor's booth will remain on the platform for the following  month, where all files will still be accessible to your Vendors.  
         However, after the month if you do not pay for another trade show, your booth will be removed from the platform.

·        If you have been removed from the Natures Expo platform and you wish to purchase another trade show event at a later date, then you will have to pay a re-entry fee of

Individual Show Package and Set-up Fee Authorization

Individual Show Package Cancellations and Refund Policy

·        Cancellations received 2 months or more before the show date will receive a 100% refund  on the booth package minus any Credit Card or PayPal fees.

·        Cancellations received 1 month before the show date will receive a 50% refund on the booth package minus any Credit Card or PayPal fees.

·        No refunds on booth package fees 30 days or less before the show date.

·        No refunds on the set-up fees for any package at any time.

·        No refunds on the re-entry fees for any package at any time.
